Production and distribution philosophy. 3A Antonini has made strong efforts to guarantee an extensive territorial distribution, both in European countries and world markets. The actual presence of 3A Antonini in Europe, in the Mediterranean area, and in the Middle and Far East is an evidence of the strength of the Lumberjack brand. The company has increased its investments to ensure a major penetration in the countries in which it is already present, by consolidating agreements with leader distributors in its own market. The distribution activity is subject to a sophisticated system of control which makes it possible to identify every pair of shoes from the moment of its production to its entering in the individual store in any country of the world.

Following the market trends, the company has launched a project consisting in the opening of single-branded stores in the main Italian and foreign urban centers to consolidate its position of the market leader, by selecting the most appropriate distribution method and offering dedicated spaces to make the people acquainted with the Lumberjack world consisting of a broad range of footwear and accessories. The opening of the first single-branded sales point in 2001 in Corso di Porta Borsari, in the very center of Verona, was followed by the opening of a store in the center of Rome. In Europe, the first single-branded sales points were opened in Budapest, Hungary. The expansion has then continued towards the East and Asian countries, with new sales points being opened in the Arab Emirates and Turkey.
Besides the single-branded sales points, the Lumberjack collections are distributed in Italy and in the world through a wide business network, managed and coordinated by 3A Antonini via the Verona head office. The objective of the distribution choice is to position the product at a medium-high level in the most prestigious stores with the aim of presenting and consolidating the reputation of the Lumberjack brand in the world. There are more than 2,000 sales points selling the Lumberjack shoes. These are mainly concentrated in Italy: Bata, Scarpe & Scarpe, Pittarello, and Kammi are examples of the major Italian groups where you can buy the shoes produced by 3A Antonini. The Lumberjack shoes are also distributed abroad, via hundreds of independent retailers offering all products of the Lumberjack brand to their clients.
